If you are just getting a small amount of botox the 425 flat fee is not worth it. Pay by the unit- it’s cheaper.

Tried them twice for botox. The providers are super nice but they lack the experience needed for mature woman. Each time, despite my request for a brow lift, I ended up with DROOPY brows and droopy eyelids.
