Was a member for 3 years. The quality of Masseuse they hire is going downhill. Very difficult to cancel a monthly subscription and any left-over unused massages expires. This location is a wonderful place to get a massage. The manager is nice and the customer service is great. I am hesitant to mention the masseuse that I like to book with as he is already hard to get into and so great. After I leave, my pains are significantly reduced. More

Avoid at all cost, this place is a scam. I have 23 credits of massages which they are attempting to not let me access. The customer service is anything but what its supposed to be. I spoke to Michelle and she ignored everything i was saying and just kept repeating that i need to keep paying to use the credits i already have.
