Cindy and Rich are incredible coaches who truly know how to motivate and support you with both nutrition and exercise. Cindy is one of the most encouraging and positive people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and her energy is contagious. The spa services are outstanding. Christine is a great massage therapist and really helped my body feel better after a tough training block. I’d go to her weekly if I could but I moved across the country and only get a chance to get a massage here a few times a year!

Lauren was awesome. She listens and does a good job of finding knots I didn’t even know I had. Highly recommend the 80 minute full body massage with her. Relaxing and clean environment as well.
